Introduction
Tracy opened the Landbeach nursery in 2004 after childminding for the 2 years it took to get planning permission and build it. There are 3 base rooms for the different age groups and outside spaces which include an adventurous garden and the orchard. The orchard captures the essence of Beach Babies, there are apple and plum trees to climb, dens to build, a mud kitchen, various swings and a slackline, and of course a campfire area.
It really is the place where children are able to play together, developing their social and communication skills alongside their physical ones.
What can your child expect?
We want to meet your child’s needs at their own pace as they become more at ease with self-driven learning and exploration through play. We nurture children to enable them to become confident, resilient and joyful learners.

Big Play Equipment
Children can challenge themselves or work as a team to problem solve, transport and construct with large items outside.

Through planting from seeds, nurturing and harvesting children learn a love of gardening & eating produce -from seed to table.
Staff
More staff than ofsted specify who work at lower ratios to provide consistent quality care.
Farm time
Community opportunities to visit local farms and small holdings with friendly animals.
Outdoor Play
Children who experience the natural world every day, in every season know it and will care for it more.

The Beach Babies way
At Beach Babies we provide a nature-led environment and outstanding childcare professionals to allow your children to grow and thrive. We care for and educate children from 10 months to 5 years old, tailoring what we offer to your child’s interests and need. Raising a child is a partnership with many different elements, we work with you to support your child and your family.
We are helping to grow a community and many of our families stay in touch for years, some of our first children and their parents have returned to become members of our team.

Charlotte has thrived and developed into a wonderful little character since joining the baby room. I found the staff to be incredibly caring and attentive and finding the staff to be the same now also in the toddler room, they always take time to talk to you and update you on your child’s day. As a parent, I couldn’t be happier since moving Charlotte to Beach Babies.
